Are the items made to order?

Yes. All prints and cushions are made to order and produced especially for you.

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the product.

Art prints typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Printed cushions are delivered within 3–4 business days (economy) or 2–3 business days (express).

Bath cushions are made to order and carefully packaged by hand — please allow 5–10 business days.

 

Do cushions come with an inner?

Sweet Hearts cushions come complete with foam inners, all other cushions are sold as covers only unless otherwise stated. This allows you to choose your preferred inner and firmness.

 

Can I return my order?

As all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

Will the colours match what I see on screen?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, however colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and the nature of printed materials.

 

Are the images real?

Images are styled for presentation. Pattern placement and fabric texture may vary slightly from piece to piece due to the handmade and printed nature of the products.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available. Delivery times and costs will be shown at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
