Returns & Refund Policy

 

 

At Sweet Prints Studio, all prints are made to order, created especially for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

 

That said, if there is an issue with your order, we are always happy to help and will offer a replacement or refund under the circumstances outlined below.

 

 

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

 

 

If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted, we will arrange a free replacement.

 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing:

• a clear photograph of the issue

• a brief description of the problem

• your order number

 

 

2. Refunds for Significant Issues

 

 

A refund may be offered in the following cases:

• the order is lost in transit and does not arrive within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date

• the print quality is significantly faulty (for example: incorrect design, severe blurring, or major print defects)

• the incorrect item was sent due to a fulfilment error

 

For minor issues that do not affect the overall use of the print (such as small creases), a partial refund or replacement may be offered at our discretion.

 

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

 

 

As all prints are made to order:

• we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse

• we cannot offer refunds for incorrect sizes or designs selected at checkout

 

Please ensure all details are checked carefully before placing your order.

 

 

4. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

 

 

To request assistance, please email info@sweetprintsstudio.com within 7 days of receiving your order, including your order number and photographs of the issue.
