1) Where do you ship from?
I’m based in Bath, UK, and all orders are shipped from the UK.

 

2) How long does delivery take? (UK)
Prints and bookmarks usually arrive in 2–3 working days. Totes and cushions usually arrive in 3–7 working days. (UK delivery only for now.)

 

3) How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order.

 

4) Do you offer international shipping?
Not at the moment, I’m UK-only for now.

 

5) What’s your returns & exchanges policy?
If something isn’t right, please contact me as soon as possible after delivery and I’ll help. Full details are on my Returns page.

 

6) Do prints come framed?
Prints are unframed unless the product listing says otherwise.

 

7) Are items made to order?
Some pieces are made to order and others are produced in small runs. If an item has a longer lead time, it will be shown on the product page.

 

8) Can I request a custom colour, size, or commission?
Sometimes, yes, send me a message with what you have in mind and I’ll let you know what’s possible and the timeframe.
