Returns

At Sweet Prints Studio, every item is carefully made to order to help reduce waste and unnecessary stock.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

If your order arrives in perfect condition but you have changed your mind:

Personalised products, including house portraits and commissioned artwork, cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, as they are made specifically for you.
Standard products (including art prints, tote bags, cushions and bookmarks) may be returned in accordance with your statutory consumer rights. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will cancel and refund your order. If production has already begun or the item has been dispatched, your cancellation and return rights will be handled in accordance with UK consumer legislation.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging where applicable.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 14 days with:

photographs of the item
photographs of the packaging

We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible by arranging either a replacement or refund.

Personalised Products

Because personalised artwork is created specifically for each customer, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it arrives damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method as soon as possible after the return has been received or the issue has been confirmed.

Please allow several working days for your payment provider to process the refund.
