Quantity
  • 1. Made-to-order items

    All of our cushions are printed and made to order, specifically for each customer once an order is placed.

    This means:

     

    • We do not hold stock

    • Each item is produced individually

    • Items cannot be resold or reused

    Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013), bespoke or made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day “change of mind” return right.

    2. Returns for change of mind

    Because our cushions are made to order:

     

    • We do not accept returns for:

       

      • change of mind

      • ordering the wrong colour

      • ordering the wrong size

      • deciding the item is not suitable after delivery

       

    This is lawful under UK regulations for customised or personalised products.

    3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

    Your statutory rights are fully protected.

    You are entitled to a refund or replacement if your item:

     

    • arrives damaged

    • has a printing fault

    • is materially different from what was ordered

     

    If this happens:

     

    • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

    • Include clear photos of the issue and packaging where possible

    • We will assess the issue promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate

     

    This is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods to be:

     

    • as described

    • of satisfactory quality

    • fit for purpose

     

    4. Colour, texture & print variation (important)

    Our cushions are printed on natural cotton-based fabrics.

    Please note:

     

    • Colours may appear slightly different on different screens

    • Natural fabrics have visible weave and texture

    • Printed designs have a soft, painterly finish, not a glossy or photographic look.

    • These characteristics are part of the design and do not constitute a fault.

     

    5. Product images & accuracy

    We take great care to ensure our product images:

     

    • show realistic colour

    • show fabric texture

    • show scale and styling accurately

     

    However:

     

    • styling props are not included

    • lighting conditions may vary

    • pattern placement may vary slightly from cushion to cushion

    Minor variations are normal for printed, made-to-order items.

     

    6. How refunds are handled

    Where a refund is agreed:

     

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

    • Processing times depend on your payment provider

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
