All art prints are made to order and printed especially for you.
Orders are produced using Gelato’s global print network, meaning prints are made as close to the delivery address as possible to reduce delivery times and environmental impact.

Shipping & tracking
All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.

Returns & Exchanges
All prints are made to order.
For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

1. Replacements for Damaged or Faulty Items If your poster arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted, we will send a free replacement. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
✅ A clear photo of the damaged item
✅ A brief description of the issue
✅ Your order
2. Refunds for Major IssuesWe offer a refund only in the following cases:
🔹 Your order is lost in transit and does not arrive within 10 working days of the estimated delivery date.
🔹 The print quality is significantly faulty (e.g., blurry, faded, or incorrect design).
🔹 The wrong item was sent due to a fulfilment error.For minor issues (minor creases), we may offer a partial refund or store credit instead of a full refund.
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
🚫 We do not accept returns, as each item is custom-printed just for you.
🚫 We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect orders (e.g., wrong size or design selected).
