    UK Delivery

     

    • Standard delivery: typically 5–7 working days

    • Express delivery: typically 4–6 working days

     

     

    Delivery times include production and shipping. All orders are sent via tracked delivery.

    Made-to-Order Items

     

     

    As each cushion is printed to order, slight variations in colour and print placement may occur. This is a natural part of the printing process and makes each piece unique.

     

     

     

    Returns & Refunds

     

     

    Because our cushions are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

     

    However, if there is a problem with your order, we are happy to help.

     

    We will offer a replacement or refund if:

     

    • your cushion arrives damaged

    • there is a printing fault

    • the wrong item is received

     

     

    Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

     

    • a clear photo of the issue

    • your order number

     

     

    For minor issues, we may offer a replacement or partial refund.

     

     

     

    Non-Returnable Items

     

     

    We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

     

    • incorrect size or design selected at checkout

    • slight colour differences due to screen settings

    • normal variations in print or fabric texture
